For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $12. Orders $50 or more ship for free! At this time we are only able to ship within the United States.
Returns and Exchanges
We want your experience to be the best it can possibly be, so if you are not happy with your order for any reason please contact us and we will make it right. Customers pay for return shipping unless we determine that there is a defect in the product(s), or that we shipped the wrong product(s) by mistake. We do not charge a restocking fee, but we require that the request for a return be opened within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we have accepted a return and received your order in the mail, we will issue a refund for the price of the products returned within 14 days. We will not issue a refund for the initial shipping charge unless there was a defect or mistake on our part. As always, if you are not satisfied, please let us know!
